All of our accountancy work is undertaken or overseen by a practising member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants or Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and all of our bookkeeping work is undertaken or overseen by a practising member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. We recommend that our clients use the cloud-based accounting package Xero (we are certified Xero advisors), although we have experience of working with all leading software solutions.

Registering new companies with Companies House and then taking care of ongoing obligations such as filing annual accounts, confirmation statements and charity annual returns and maintaining the correct company records
Helping you to register for VAT and then managing your VAT returns and helping you to comply with your statutory duties
Preparing your corporation tax returns, including the preparation of claims for Theatre Tax Relief Credit
Providing guidance for other relevant areas of taxation such as Gift Aid and Foreign Entertainers
